Golden Lake was designed with the comfort and needs of your cat in mind. Specific steps are taken in the following areas to help your cat manage the stress of being away from home and family.

Accommodations
The camp's overall capacity is maintained at a level which allows us to offer professionalized care and attention to each of our campers.

Individual condos for our feline campers range in size to accommodate the specific exercise needs of your cat/cats.  Feline family members may bunk together upon request.

 Comfort and Contentment
Physical comfort plays a big role in your cat's welfare. The controlled environment of Golden Lake assures that your feline will be cool in the summer and cozy in the winter.

Continuous soft music creates a soothing, homelike atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation. Our feline campers are welcome to bring their favorite treats from home.
 

Personalized Dining
The single most important factor in maintaining your cat's good health is proper nutrition!

Our Cattery's nutritional program is Science Diet or Pinnacle. If your cat is on a Petscription diet or other specialized diet, you need to provide it. We will be happy to feed it at no additional cost.

Pet Hygiene/Vaccinations
A clean, disease-free environment promotes good health. Our Cattery is vacuumed twice a day and the individual condos are disinfected between campers. Food bowls are washed after each use.

Non-neutered pets over six months of age will not be accepted at Golden Lake.
